In 2017 we launched Chop Shop Salad Shop. It was our first food truck concept. We served freshly chopped salads made to order. Guests could choose from anyone of our signature salads made with our small-batch house-made dressings or they could choose to build their own from a list of fresh ingredients. Since then we've expanded from chopped salads into the menu that we have today.
We've now rebranded our food truck as Terrene offering our signature chopped salads and more—let us customize a menu selection for you that will can also include vegan and vegetarian options! Our food truck is available for special events, fundraisers, weddings, or corporate functions. We'll work with you to customize a menu that works for your guests and your budget.
